A very productive week

Approvals are coming through at a rate of knots! A well-deserved congratulations to our Clients, with planning secured for works in Colerne, and also amendments to a Corsham scheme.

Planning approved!

Some brilliant news through from Wiltshire Council that a new-build home in the Cotswold National Landscape AONB has just been approved. Congratulations to our (very patient!) clients, and we'll be starting our technical information shortly as we approach construction.

LABC Completion Certificate received

We’re delighted to say another project has been completed and certified. Our eco-friendly restoration and retrofit to a historic agricultural building now provides glorious comfort to our Clients.

Final Certificate issued

We've just issued our Final Certificate for works to renovate and extend a Listed Building in the Cotswolds. Congratulations to our clients, all at Wraxall Builders and their team of dedicated and hard-working sub-contractors - it’s been a fantastic project to be involved with!

Another planning application has just been submitted, this time to B&NES seeking approval for extensions and alterations to a lovely villa in Bath.

Heavenly!

Not long ago these beautiful elm trusses were hidden away in the attic, completely out of sight. Now, after a careful and painstaking restoration, they’ve been brought back to life and are flooded with sunlight.

They’re set to become the heart of a newly renovated Wiltshire home, and we couldn’t be happier to see them celebrated again.

Our thanks to @l.paynedevelopmentsltd – we can’t wait to see the finished result!

We always like to sketch in real time during client meetings, exploring multiple options side-by-side. It’s a fast, collaborative way to test ideas, challenge assumptions, and refine your brief in the early stages to make sure we deliver the best possible outcome for each scheme.

A warm welcome (and a rather damp site visit) to Danielle and Aaron who joined our team this week on placement from @bathenganddes. They both add considerable value to our studio as we continue to grow and take on exciting new projects.

It’s great to show them things are really starting to take shape on site, thanks to @sage_developments_ltd’s hard work and careful coordination. It’s always rewarding to see designs moving from drawings into reality.
