Final Certificate issued
We've just issued our Final Certificate for works to renovate and extend a Listed Building in the Cotswolds. Congratulations to our clients, all at Wraxall Builders and their team of dedicated and hard-working sub-contractors - it’s been a fantastic project to be involved with!

Fantastic news to end the week, as another planning scheme gets approved by B&NES!

Planning submitted!
Another planning application has just been submitted, this time to B&NES seeking approval for extensions and alterations to a lovely villa in Bath.

Works complete!
Final Certificate issued for works over at our Yatton Keynell project. Photos of the finished project will be coming soon, but in the meantime congratulations to our Clients and Clements Building Contractors for making it all possible.

Best Domestic Project 2025
It’s great to see all the hard work recognised as Millies House wins another award. Thank you to the judges at the Steel Window Association for the accolades, and of course our thanks again too to our Clients, the design team, Main Contractor (Wraxall Builders), and suppliers (Cotswold Casements) for the joint effort.

End of Year Exhibition
A huge congratulations to all those showcasing their work at the Department of Architecture’s End of Year Exhibition, up at the University of Bath. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to have been involved in (a fraction) of their work. Thank you for the honour, and all the very best as you begin your graduate lives!

Works begin
Always an exciting time when construction works (finally?) begin. Fantastic news over in Christian Malford as ground is broken on an exciting domestic renovation. Keep an eye out on our Instagram for progress shots!

Planning submitted....
Planning has been submitted for a new family home, replacing the existing dilapidated dwelling. Proposed works also include extensive ecological measures to help the local bat populations, and the formation of new access. Fingers crossed for a successful outcome!
